New Patient’s are welcome from our catchment area (see below). We are committed to providing you with the best service possible. You will be treated with respect as an individual, irrespective of ethnic origin, age, religious beliefs, personal attributes or the nature of your health problems.
To register with the Practice, please telephone or call in at reception, where our receptionists will advise you of further paperwork and documents required.
Photographic ID and proof of your current Northern Ireland address is necessary to complete your registration.
Practice Area
The practice area is a 4.5 mile radius approximately from Lisburn Primary & Community Care Centre.
Patients who move outside our practice area should re-register with a doctor who covers their new address.
Temporary residents
Anyone staying temporarily in the home of a patient registered with the Practice is welcome to make an appointment to see a doctor if they become unwell. You will be asked for your home address. There is no charge if you are registered within the UK, EU or other countries with a reciprocal arrangement. For people normally resident in countries outside these limits there will be a fee. Receipts will be issued upon request.
